Express Logistics Export Growth Advanced Manufacturing Free Trade Agreement Talks

Published

DHL Express India is doubling its investments and expanding logistics operations across emerging sectors like advanced manufacturing, electric vehicles, semiconductors, and data centers to capture India’s upcoming export growth wave. On the trade diplomacy front, India is preparing for the second round of Free Trade Agreement (FTA) negotiations with the Russia-led Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU). Indian negotiators are heavily focusing on relaxing stringent sanitary and phytosanitary (SPS) regulations to eliminate non-tariff barriers for Indian marine and agricultural goods. Furthermore, the marine sector is rolling out a robust digital “product passport” system to ensure complete digital traceability and quality assurance to match strict international standards.
