To improve the “Ease of Doing Business,” the Rajasthan government has overhauled its industrial approval process, making it completely digital for MSMEs and exporters. Under the new Rajasthan Industrial Development Policy, the time required for obtaining ‘Consent to Establish’ and other environmental clearances has been significantly reduced. The state has also integrated its ‘One District, One Product’ (ODOP) scheme with an online tracking system to help local artisans and small-scale manufacturers access global markets. This digital transformation is expected to eliminate bureaucratic delays and provide a more transparent environment for entrepreneurs, further boosting the state’s contribution to India’s overall export targets.
