MSME Export Infrastructure Strategic Bilateral Framework Textile Production Targets Market Diversification

The Andhra Pradesh Government has signed a strategic MoU with global logistics provider Aramex at the AP MSME Growth Summit 2026 to scale its exporter base from 8,000 to 100,000 by establishing three dedicated Export Excellence Centres across the region. On the diplomatic front, External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar held high-level bilateral talks in Sofia with Bulgarian leadership to expand economic cooperation in semiconductors, AI, and defense within the India-EU Free Trade Agreement framework. Simultaneously, the Union Textile Ministry announced a massive roadmap under the Viksit Bharat 2047 mission, aiming to double the domestic textile market size to $360 billion and triple sector exports to $100 billion by 2030, driven by PM MITRA infrastructure parks, technical textiles capability, and specialized sustainable fibers.
