Trejhara Solutions has strengthened its push into the logistics sector by approving the acquisition of LP Logistics for US$ 9.5 million. The deal marks a key milestone in the company’s growth and diversification strategy. Though the ₹79-crore investment is substantial relative to Trejhara’s current asset base, its solid equity position and expanding assets indicate that the company is well-placed to successfully integrate the new acquisition.
